These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lune Ring website and your purchase of products from it. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

"Lune", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of this store. You can contact us through our contact page.

2. Orders and payment

  • All prices are shown in US dollars and include the product and free shipping. Import duties and local taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • An order is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order at any time before dispatch — for example where a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount already paid.
  • Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment system. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Promotional discounts, including the buy-two bundle discount, are applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

3. Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery, returns, exchanges and warranty claims are handled as set out in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these Terms.

4. Not a medical device

Lune Ring is a wellness and fitness device. Readings such as heart rate, heart-rate variability, temperature trends, blood-oxygen estimates, sleep stages and cycle predictions are provided for general wellbeing purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition and must not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If you have a medical concern, consult a doctor. Cycle-tracking features are not intended for contraception.

5. The Lune app and your account

  • The ring works with the free Lune app. Use of the app is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, plus the terms of the app store you download it from.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
  • We may release software updates that change or improve features. Some features may require an updated app or firmware version.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or app, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with their operation, reverse-engineering the firmware, or using them for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Lune name, logo, product design, website content, app and firmware are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute them without our written permission.

8. Product information

We try to describe our products accurately, but colours may appear differently on different screens and battery life varies with use and settings. Specifications may change without notice as we improve the product.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of the product, site or app is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
