Every Lune Ring order ships free, tracked, anywhere in the world.

Processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 7–12 days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during peak periods, sales, or customs delays outside our control.

Tracking

Every parcel is tracked. Use the link in your dispatch email to follow it. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan after dispatch.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There are no hidden handling fees.

Customs, duties and taxes

Prices are shown in USD. Depending on your country, import duties or local taxes may be charged by your customs office on delivery. These charges are set by your government, not by us, and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you refuse a parcel because of duties and it is returned to us, we'll refund the order less any return shipping costs we incur.

Address changes

Need to change your address? Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can update it any time before the parcel is dispatched. Once it's on its way, we're unable to redirect it.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, or your parcel arrives damaged, get in touch and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
